The above caption is something Cornwall Homechoice applicants will frequently come across when viewing properties to bid on every week.

According to Cornwall Council it is the Landlord who is responsible for entering this caption into the advertisement.

Likely reasons for using this caption are as follows :

(a) That the Landlord, usually a Charity, is too rich and arrogant to be bothered.

(b) That no picture is an improvement on the actual property.

(c) That the would be tenant is so desperate for a home – WTF.

(d) That the Council and landlord are knowingly up to no good. (Common).

(e) That Staff are incapable of photographing a property – only selfies.

(f) What is a digital image.
