Latest SCAM from Sanctuary Housing.
The latest SCAM by Sanctuary Housing, more accurately Head Office, is to willfuly misrepresent weekly Service Charge payments as “Rent Arrears” despite acknowledging the sum in question is Service Charge money, and held in Escrow. This resulting in a “Final Reminder Before Legal Proceedings” by those engaged in complicity at Income Services, Banbury, for and on behalf of Sanctuary’s Simon Clark and CEO David Bennett who have been personally kept fully informed of the situation via weekly emails.
What those at Banbury do not fully appreciate while they dream about a promotion or even a position on the Board one day, is that if Sanctuary does go to court and it is thrown out due to the extent of fraud the landlord has and continues to engage in, with regard to weekly Services and Grounds Maintenance, those at Banbury will quickly become expendable and their positions untenable.
Sanctuary Housing has no evidence whatsoever that it is owed any “Rent Arrears” but it has given me evidence of willful harassment and intimidation in return. Why would I not want to go to court ?
The above also serves to distract from the difficult questions I have recently raised regarding the new “Changes to your Rent and Service Charge” notification for the 2016 – 2017 period due to begin next month. I have requested a breakdown for the 2015 – 2016 period because I believe Sanctuary has taken costs for certain things it did not provide and is about to do the same again for 2016 – 2017 period.
On a personal note 27 June 2016 will be the 3rd anniversary of my wife Alison’s death to cancer at the age of 54. Sanctuary had it’s Housing Officer silently pop a “Notice of Repossession” through my letterbox a few hours before she died that day and acting on confidential information Cornwall Council shared with Sanctuary Housing. My reason for still referring to them both as two turds in a sewer.
I received a demand for less than £150, in the in the 8 months of weekly demand letters.
