CORNWALL HOMECHOICE WILLFUL DECEPTION AWARD (27) SANCTUARY HOUSING SPECIAL. (REVISED)

A weekly feature which will consider the picture Cornwall Homechoice applicants come across when trying to view the property they are considering bidding on.

Since posting the first (2) awards I have now added a 3rd award in response to a growing contempt towards bidders. According to Cornwall Council it is the Landlord who is responsible for adding the picture and information to the advertisement.

According to Simon JR Mansell MBE, Cornwall Council is responsible for removing errors remaining on it’s website if errors are pointed out to it, and that it will ask the Landlord to supply the correct information as a matter of urgency.

Because the advertisement is on Cornwall Council’s website the ‘Willful Deception Award’ is therefore awarded to both the Council, for abdicating it’s responsibility to the public, and it’s worst 3 housing partners for that week.

In most cases the picture will be willfuly misleading because the Council/partners would have been aware of the problem previously.

Week (27) : 03/01/2015 to 07/01/2015.

1st place ‘Willful Deception Award’ goes to CORNWALL COUNCIL & SANCTUARY HOUSING ASSOCIATION, for using the description and image “No Photo Available” for 24 of it’s advertised properties, the description and image “Artist’s impression” for 2 other advertised properties and for using the description “Actual property not shown” for 1 of it’s advertised properties. Most of the “No Photo Available” properties being New Builds not available until March/April 2015. Sanctuary Housing was last weeks 1st place Loser.

Featured picture this week, above, comes as a warning to would be Sanctuary tenants. It shows the consequences of external water damage to a 20 year old flat in Timber Close, St Austell. The damage was reported no less than 5 years ago and according to Sanctuary Housing the external water damage is the responsibility of the tenant to put right. The tenant is vulnerable, has long term mental disorder and is on benefits. The damage is very high up and would require special equipment.

I think it perverse of the Charity not to have spent it’s time and money on the repair rather than on paying Wragge & Co to suppress Free Speech via the back door so as not to directly challenge the author of the Blog, myself.

Although Sanctuary’s Simon Clark, Managing Director, David Bennett,CEO, Cornwall Council and Stephen Gilbert MP have all long been aware of the problem, the problem remains unresolved thanks largely to the willful blindness and uncaring arrogance of the aforementioned.

This week’s “Mansell Award” is awarded to Sanctuary Housing’s CEO David Bennett who has just recently been awarded a CBE for his services to social housing. Apart from the fact the man is a criminal and the worse kind of rogue landlord in the country the award had nothing to do with the fact he is without honour and is a poor excuse for a decent human being.

For the criminality I have been personally subjected to by Mr Bennett and his perverse staff I think it more fitting if he was sacked, arrested and scrutinized in a court of law for willful fraud and deception.

    PERVERSE PROFESSIONAL PARASITE PROFILES (1)

What do you call something which protects a corrupt Cornwall Council and local NHS Foundation Trust which jointly and wilfully contributed to the abuse, neglect and death of a long term mentally ill woman with deteriorating mental health and cancer.

 You call it Simon JR Mansell MBE because he knowingly misled the Local Government Ombudsman.

SIMON JR MANSELL MBE, PRINCIPAL LEGAL OFFICER – CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, CORNWALL COUNCIL LEGAL SERVICES.

Not an image most people would associate with Cornwall Council’s Principal Legal Officer, but the image recently appeared on Simon’s Facebook page as his updated public profile picture. Simon’s alto ego no doubt. Be sure to make a visit on leaving here.

Unbeknown to most people Simon was a Weightlifting Champion for many years apart from being a Member of the British Empire (MBE). A lawyer with adequate qualifications and who not only has a six pack for a stomach but also bling for his chest when all else fails.

On the downside Simon is also a member of Cornwall Council’s Rat Pack, a new casual blog series beginning in 2015, which will discover what the Rats do and more importantly what the Rats should not have done.

Regretfully Simon, like fellow Rat Pack members, is without honour in the way he fails to protect the public from the corrupt and willful actions of fellow Rats. Moreso since he became party to the cover-up of the Council’s unlawful and callous abuse and discrimination of my wife in 2012, and up until she died in 2013 and thereafter.

  Seasonal Message To Sanctuary Housing.

Almost a year ago the winter storms ripped through our estate at Timber Close, St Austell, and demolished some of the grey and worn out wooden fencing. Fencing which had stood since new in the mid 1990s and had not since been treated or maintained to any great degree.

Sanctuary was notified of the damage and has since been notified most weeks but the problem remains to be resolved. The only reason offered by Sanctuary as to why it has not repaired or replaced the damaged fencing is because it is not a Health and Safety issue and is therefore not a priority. That presumably it can only become a Health and Safety issue and a priority after someone, a child perhaps, is injured by the damaged fencing.

I have been told the cost to replace all the fencing, because it all needs replacing after some 20 years of zero maintenance, is approximately £10,000.

Sanctuary’s CEO David Bennett is aware of the issue and has himself been rewarded in excess of £310,000 over the same period of time for abdicating his responsibilities to tenants who pay a weekly Service Charge covering grounds maintenance for in excess of £130.00 for only 2 hours work a week, or in excess of £500 a month for only 8 hours maintenance. A weekly Service Charge which has remained fraudulent since 2009, thanks largely to a corrupt Cornwall Council, and Stephen Gilbert MP sitting on the fence.

My seasonal message to you Mr Bennett, and the rest of the greedy bastards which make up Sanctuary Housing, the most grotesquely corrupt and uncaring housing Charity in the country, is that Parliament, the mother of all sewage plants, will no doubt continue to promote and protect corporate greed and on-going criminality by greedy bastards like you.

          THE RAT RACE SPEECH

The above is part of a speech made by the late great Jimmy Reid, the inspirational trade unionist who led the work-in at the Upper Clyde which reversed Conservative Government Policy on the docks. A speech which is as relevant today as it was in the early 1970s.

A speech hailed by the New York Times as the greatest speech since President Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address.

                             A FAIR COP ?

When the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary and the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) willfuly chose not to properly investigate a complaint involving 2 Sargeants and 2 Officers, they failed to resolve the complaint or protect the public.

I therefore think it reasonable and in the public interest to state that Sgt 5016 Carhart, PC 5851 Pomery, PC 1685 Wyatt, and Sgt 3097 Cartwright, all with the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, cannot and should not be trusted by the public.

   ROYAL MAIL OR DICK TURPIN ?

Heard from one of my customers a few days ago who was upset the item I had sent him was being held at the Royal Mail’s Fish Ponds Delivery Office, Bristol. That if he did not pay £9.00 and a £1.00 handling fee the item would remain at the delivery office for the specified time then returned to the sender. The reason given was that “The sender didn’t pay the full postage”.

I then got into a discussion with Royal Mail on Twitter and even sent them a scanned copy of the receipt of payment. Despite this, common sense did not prevail and Royal Mail insisted that the £10.00 must be paid before the item can be collected or re-delivered after which I should then put in a claim to recover the payment, or perhaps more accurately the ‘ransom’.

That Royal Mail was not prepared to simply phone the Bristol Delivery Office and confirm it had seen the receipt and cannot justify withholding or delaying the item a moment longer.

I also take issue with Royal Mail demanding £9.00 when the item actually cost £8.90 to send and that either Royal Mail is willfuly stealing more than it is entitled to or it’s scales at Bristol are producing illegal readings which benefit only Royal Mail. Whichever is the more accurate the Queen’s head and ‘Royal’ patronage should be replaced with that of Dick Turpin.

And if you think 10 pence is a trivial issue consider this : If you send an item of mail which is 10 pence short of the actual cost Royal Mail will demand a £1.00 handling fee from the recipient or withold the item. ‘Recipient’ being a term used by Royal Mail on Twitter to describe unhappy customers who deserve better.

I have now transferred £10.00 to my customer so he can pay the ransom, receive the item and is no longer inconvenienced by Royal Mail. Once the customer has finally received his item I will be seeking an explanation and compensation from Royal Mail.

Royal Mail’s suggestion the postage label must have fallen off does not explain how the item got into the system and as far as Bristol without a label, and is also at odds with the Post Office which processed the item considering Royal Mail’s suggestion as rubbish.

FOURTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SANCTUARY HOUSING/TPAS MEDIATION SCAM.

Four years ago today I became the victim of a mediation Scam by TPAS to protect the criminality of the housing charity Sanctuary Housing Association, my landlord.

Although much has happened since then and much has been written, I have decided to mark this Fourth Anniversary by considering “The Law” and if it has protected me.

The first “Legal” figure to become involved was Sanctuary Group Board Member Judge Rosemary Crawley. Although she wanted to intervene and contact me directly she freely chose to allow boardroom protocol to take precedence over her legal obligations and responsibilities to uphold “The Law”, and to protect the potential victim of a crime and the potential of further criminality by Sanctuary Housing’s CEO David Bennett, fellow Group Board Members, Directors and Executives.

Within a year I was arrested by Devon & Cornwall Constabulary following a written complaint of Harassment by ex-TPAS Mediator Oonah Lacey. This in relation to Blogs I had written on my business website.

I was taken to St Austell Police Station and elected to have a solicitor present and for it to go to recorded interview. This led to an official complaint against Sargeant Carhart, PC Pomeroy and PC Wyatt. The complaint was investigated by Sargeant Cartwright of D&CC who attempted to cover-up the full extent of what went on. This then led to an official Appeal to the IPCC for it to investigate.

Fifteen months later Tina Walker, IPCC Casework Manager, ruled that all four Officers were at fault in some way but should receive “Management Action” only.

The IPCC only arrived at it’s perverse decision by applying ‘absolute discretion’ not to investigate all the evidence available to it.

The most damning piece of evidence being Sargeant Cartwright’s statement that the written Complaint was not received until 5th April 2012, when internal documents prove I was under investigation mid-March when it contacted Sanctuary Housing as part of it’s investigations.

Tina Walker also claimed Sargeant Carhart, in regard to his threat to seize my computer, did not threaten my livelihood because he was of the opinion I was “unemployed”. This despite his officers investigating reported blogs on a website called “Geoff’s Cameras”, which sold camera equipment, and which the IPCC itself acknowledged was my business website.

When offered an opportunity to resolve these serious discrepancies the IPCC would only say that there is no further right of appeal once the decision is made, other than for me to seek legal advice.

Sadly the above has only made me an even greater victim of criminality than I was in 2010.

I therefore make no apology for naming the individuals and organisations above and I urge them to take legal action against me if they feel offended and disagree with anything I have said.

I will go even further and beg any of those named above to take me to court.
